At this time Lucas is Sr. Director of Marketing for Atari where he heads up all marketing efforts for Atari in North America. Previously Mr. Bean served as Sr. Director of Marketing at a Sony Pictures Entertainment – Crackle.com (Sony Pictures online video network). At Sony Lucas managed all online marketing efforts for Crackle.com including Search, Display, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and all other user Acquisition & Retention efforts.

Prior to Sony Pictures, Lucas also served Traffic Marketplace a Connexus Corporation as Online Media Director & Network Monetization. In this position, Lucas implemented a business strategy that turned the company’s profit margin from a negative Gross Profit to over 35% Gross Profit in 3 months. Lucas was also responsible for the day to day running of the $60MM display ad network overseeing media buying, campaign strategy & analysis, and ad operations. Connexus Corp. has most recently merged with Epic Media Group.

Prior to joining Traffic Marketplace, Lucas served as Director of Online Marketing at Reunion.com where he spearheaded all online marketing efforts for Crackle.com including Search, Display, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing and all other user Acquisition & Retention efforts. During his tenure at Reunion.com, Lucas developed the strategy, marketing analytics and department structure that resulted in a VC infusion of over $20 million dollars.

Additionally, Lucas worked at LowerMyBills.com/Experian Interactive, one of the leading internet companies in the United States and Top 10 Online Advertiser which was sold in 2005 to Experian, the global leader in consumer credit data. At LMB he helped the company grow from $10M+ revenues to $250M+ revenues in 3 years. At Lowermybills.com Lucas served as Senior Product Manager specializing in Product Strategy and as Senior Media Buyer/Campaign Manager. In these roles he developed marketing methods and practices that revolutionized how LMB did business and is still practiced to this day.

Lucas also served as a Marketing Development Consultant at Myspace.com and as Marketing Manager for Sennehiser Electronic Corporation.
